Furniture & appliance delivery

Yes. We provide kitchen, fitted-furniture and appliance delivery services throughout Kendal, south lakes, Lancaster, North Lancashire and surrounding areas. We can collect from private homes, showrooms, retailers, manufacturers, warehouses and storage facilities before delivering everything safely to its new location. 

Yes. We regularly transport used kitchens and ex-display kitchens purchased from private sellers, kitchen showrooms and retailers. Please provide photographs, an item list and the kitchen drawings or plans where available so we can assess the vehicle, staffing and access requirements. 

Yes. We can transport fitted wardrobes, cabinets, drawers, doors, panels, shelving and internal fittings. Please tell us whether the furniture will already be dismantled and provide photographs, measurements and design drawings if available. 

Yes. We can arrange the delivered kitchen in whichever way the customer prefers. We would usually follow the kitchen drawings, laying out the base units and placing the fitter’s pack somewhere easy to reach. Wall units, plinths, panels and appliances are positioned safely out of the way until they are needed. Where other work is taking place, we will also try to keep items clear of other tradespeople and reduce the need for them to be moved again, wherever this is safe and practical. 

If the kitchen has not already been dismantled, please tell us before booking. We may be able to arrange an experienced kitchen fitter to dismantle or install it, subject to availability and the requirements of the job. Any fitting work would be discussed and quoted separately. 

We may be able to disconnect and reconnect certain appliances where this has been agreed in advance and our team is trained and authorised to complete the work. Gas appliances and any specialist plumbing or electrical work must be handled by a suitably qualified professional. 

Yes. Our team will carefully unload everything and carry it into the agreed rooms or storage areas, provided access is safe and suitable. Please tell us about stairs, steps, narrow entrances, restricted parking, long carrying distances or ongoing building work before delivery. 

Kitchen and fitted-furniture drawings help us identify the number, size and type of components being transported. They also help us plan how to load the vehicle, check that all items have been collected and lay everything out in the correct order for the fitter. 

Please provide the collection and delivery addresses, preferred date, photographs, an item list and any available drawings or designs. We also need details about parking, access, stairs, lifts and items requiring dismantling, reassembly, disconnection or reconnection.
