For our standard service, we have found that having a quotation request form, rather than a visit, saves a lot of time! This is the best way for us to keep our costs low, so we can give you the best price. You can also give us a call, we can fill out a quotation request, and give you a price over the phone.

Give as much information as possible:

If there are multiple pick up locations please put both addresses in "Full address you are moving from?" box. When listing items, make 2 lists in the "inventory" box for "address 1" and "address 2."

We ask questions about access and parking, because our quotes are partially based on an hourly rate. For example, if your apartment has parking 20 meters away from the building, then we have to go through the building, 40 meters to the lift, and another 25 meters from the lift to the apartment, this would take a significant amount of time longer than if we were moving the same items, with parking outside on a driveway, moving into a bungalow. 

Include stairs, or steps if necessary.

List ALL of the larger items that you need moving, such as furniture, or appliances, this means anything that won't be in a box. Include number of TV's, mirrors, large pictures, or artwork, large plants/plant pots, large ornaments, Large tools/DIY equipment, large kids toys and bikes. The best way to do this is to walk through each room of your property, and write down each LARGE item in the room, don't forget outside areas such as your garden, sheds and garage.

Please give extra info such as "3 seater" or, "corner sofa" rather than just "sofa". "American style fridge freezer", rather than just "fridge freezer." "Ottoman," "metal single bed frame" or, "divan double bed with mattress", rather than just "bed." This is important because of the space in our van. 4 ottoman king size beds, with mattress's, would use significantly more space in the van, than what 4 dismantled metal double bedframes would.

Please give details about furniture that would need dismantling and re building by us.

Please give us an approximate number of boxes and bags.
